No they must be cracker dry. They are also loosing potency the longer it takes. Dry them on a cookie sheet in the oven at 175, crack the door and aim the fan inside to circulate the air. Turn them every 30 min to keep em from burning.

I read than the heat destroys the psilocybin, if not how much time?

Till they are done. Heat can destroy psilocybin at 300f or so. But leaving them in air or damp is far worse.

Enzymatic destruction of actives happens at livable temperature. At 160+ most enzymes if not all the ones in cubes deactivate. We use food dehydrator set to 160+ usually 170 to dry as fast as possible to lock in potency.
Its not unusual that they don't get cracker dry with a fan. You would have to live some where quite arid

People have deep fried cubes, grilled them, made tea with boiling water at 212 f, and recently pressure cooked them. Like bodhi said, letting them sit and degrade at room temp is far more detrimental.

I'm pro-damp rid, then I don't need to care :V
And I mean, really... Damp Rid is so cheap and you can buy it at Walgreens.
Just seal it in a box with some at the bottom and a net or whatever so it's not touching it.
And you can dry it in an oven, or even microwave and reuse it.

Because those other people on those sites honestly don't know shit. The reddit ones are the worst.

Where do you get one for $20? I had to pay $50 for mine
--- damprid is great for when in a pinch otherwise, go spend $200 on dehydrators

Damp rid and fan drying is fine for someone with six cakes and are not concerned with potency loss. But to dry a monos worth of wet fruits? 2300-3500 wet? Hell no thanks. I want my fruits dry as fast as possible. 30 hours to dry fruits is as long as I can go. Otherwise I start to worry abouy lost potency.
