There is absolutely no way in hell we could possibly know how potent it is.
If it was a nice specimen: clone it, then eat it and you'll have your answer

This has nothing to do with it. It's the genetics involved.
If op used an ms syringe or limited ms on agar, then the potency of each individual mushroom may be different.
The only way to know the potency is to eat it.
Also, RR quotes? Really? An irrelevant one no less? If you're gonna reply, at least reply with something relevant and original

I think it's very relevant. Especially when replying to a beginner. And I can tell you right now, he's probably not doing any agar work considering he just made his account yesterday.

Fruits are more like 95-96% water. I've had 110 gram fruits dry to 8.5-9 grams.

8.9 divided by 10 is 0.89. That's 100% water. 110 divided by 10 is 11 that's 100% water. 110 divided 13 is 8.46 that's 130% water.

Contemplating the whole "chosen people" thing with just a flaming stealth banana split the sky like one would hope but never really expect to see in a place like this. Cutting right angle donuts on a dime and stopping right at my Birkenstocks, and me yelping... Holy fucking shit!

uuuuuuh this confuses me.. math? and id say more like 92-3%. iv seen your pics PPP. i dont doubt your on track. just a 110 gram at 95% would (totally) dry be 5.5 grams. just think ya mightve over shot your guess.
edit: im a math nazi

Yea I'm prolly off lol, I wish I still had the pics when I was trying to figure this out. I know they are more than 90%. I could of swore when I dried that 110ish gram fruit that the dry weight came out to be 95% water. I know the dry weight was way less than what I was expecting from what I was told about the percentage of water they are. I'm gonna have to test it out again

So what, the shroomery is the ONLY place a person can gain cultivation knowledge? When he made his account means nothing. I learned from a close friend and only used this place as a lurker for reference for a long time.
And the shroomery is not the only place to learn how to use agar, bud. I have a copy of the MMGG that is from the 70s and it covers using agar so....point invalid.
Also, a cube is a cube is an incredibly outdated statement. There are plenty of cubes that do not have the stereotypical cubensis genetics. Accept this little known fact, or move on.
Just sayin', RR quotes are outdated. Got a lot of respect for him, but come up with something more original rather than just posting something meaningless to what the op is asking.

iv eaten malabar, burmese yangooon, treasure coast, south american, ban hua thanon, acadian coast, golden teachers, prolly a couple more i cant remember and penis envy. (from back in the days of ralphs sponsorship) let me tell you, there is almost always a variation in the strength of mushroom to mushroom. not much to tell but there. that being said. penis envy consistently got me farther than others. 'a cube is a cube except penis envy' id say spot on.

Glad somebody agrees with me. I'm not just quoting RR to quote RR. I've grown and eaten many strains of cubes, some ms, some isolates. Penis Envy truly is IMO the only cube with a vast difference in potency. I'd say there almost twice as potent.
