Is 91% ISO sufficient for QWISO? I can't find 99% anywhere.

You should be able to find at least 95% solution somewhere. (I'm sure you'll be fine just let it set a bit longer)

I buy low grade weed for 100 an ounce and I enjoy it.

Your stuff may vary, mine has some seeds but I love that, I collect and save them, free seeds!

Its brownish rather then bright green, little smell, dry, looks like what would have been considered good weed a few decades ago. I like the high, its mellow, I can smoke a big fat spliff and feel no anxiety.

the price makes it good for daily smoking.

Sometimes "worse" weed can be better, as many people get intense anxiety from the "good" stuff.

I assume this stuff I get has a much more balanced THC/CBD ratio.

Yeah i love low grade. I'm weird, I hate getting really high. Dank seems to always get me too high. With low grade its not expensive and gets me at a comfortable level of highness.

Sounds like we have same or at least similar weed  It's pretty good. Since it's drier I ot like 2-3x the amount in volume, although it's only a gram.

If the price is good get it and turn it into hash or a tincture.

Once in a while I get a bag of weed that isn't smokeable. I used to make iso hash out of it until the last time when I tried making ice hash instead. I liked it a lot better than iso.

How do you go about ice hash?

If you're going to try this look for a tek. Don't go by this.

You basically dry the weed
Grind it up
Put it in a very cold glass with ice and water
Shake it and let it settle
I think the good stuff goes to the bottom because it isn't water soluble. So you scoop off the plant material on top and use that for edibles. Strain the water through a filter and that is your hash.
