Pluteus Salicinus?

Habitat: Growing on a dead deciduous log in forest in Northern Switzerland.

Gills: detached, pinkish.

Stem: 6-8 cm long, by 7-9 mm wide. White at the top down to very light yellowy brown.

Cap: very light yellowy brown with some darker brown patches, mottled pattern towards the centre of one. Mainly flat with one of them slightly umbonate.8 cm diameter.

Spore print color: Pink

Bruising: None.

It does not look like Pluteus Salicinus although it is probably a Pluteus of some kind.

Yes, I think it is Pluteus salicinus.

I'm afraid I don't see any bluing, even a day later. I think any blue tinge on the cap in the photo is a trick of the light. Does this change your opinion, Alan?

I agree with that. They still might be Pluteus, but don't really resemble P. salicinus. However they look a bit old.
