so i have made this mix for Trichocereus cactus:
2 parts perlite 1 part soil (it had a small portions of manure but just little) 1/2 part sand 1/2 part peatmoss
i didnt sterilize the mix and i left the small rocks that i couldnt strain.
i covered the mix with fine soil 1/2" and placed the seeds on em...one or two seeds per pot!
do i need to start over again?? or iam good?

I don't like peatmoss. Cactus soil is often left to dry out between waterings and peat moss goes all hard, turning the mix into a hydrophobic cake. If you are looking for a peat replacement, you could try coco coir.
But some people use peat moss with seed/seedlings because it will be a constantly moist men iron environment, so for this purpose it should be ok. If you didn't sterilise n the microwave, you might want to look at using dilute fungicide. But then, some folks use no fungicide and no sterilisation, and seem to be fine.

Limestone. . Limestone, limestone, limestone. . Get some limestone gravel. I swear by it, and your plants will love it. I would add some. Otherwise, sounds like a plan. And Yes.. You can add coco-coir, instead of peat..if you like.

'sterile' soil is a myth. As soon as your soil comes out of the oven or the microwave and is exposed to the air it will begin to grow new microbes, and often not the kind you want in a soil. Nothing in this world is sterlie, except maybe for a level 4 biohazard lab, and even then I'm a bit doubtful.
Learn to embrace a proper mix of microbes, and your soil and plants will be much healthier.
I started some seeds in little more than peat, compost, and perlite and had really good numbers.

I very much agree - Mexican desert cacti love limestone, and HATE peat, which is totally alien to their habitat.
My standard mix for Mexican desert cacti - which is basically all I grow - is:
2 measures loam 1 measure wormcasts 5 measures coarse sand / grit 2 measures crushed limestone
But use what you can get - if you can´t get wormcasts use bat guano (if you are rich) or horse manure (if you are poor). I can buy marble chips - which is basically calcium carbonate - I crush it up - I would use dolomite lime if I could get it in Spain. Otherwise use crushed eggshell or seashell.
Pic shows Epithelantha micromeris and A.N.OTHER in habitat in Mexico - loads of limestone chunks
