probably worth watching while actually tripping

watched "acid house" (collection of 4 short british films) the first time i done shrooms with some m8s, we ate too much tho and lost our minds and that film didnt help much.

Fear and Loathing
Matrix & Matrix Reloaded
Alice in Wonderland

Fear and Loathing is my favorite followed closely by Matrix. Fear and loathing has u feeling like ur in the movie cause u feel like they do in the movie. Matrix is also awesome because of the dialog, "take this and ull never be the same" "your mind is holding u back" "believe and u can do it"

It's hard for me to sit still during a movie while I'm tripping, but if I had to pick one, I'd go with The Wall.

2001: A Space Odyssey

Profound flick, absolutely blew my mind. Slightly odd, considering A Clockwork Orange, Full Metal Jacket, Lolita, and Sparticus would all be seemingly unsettling. Anyways, Kubrick really did me in with 2001.

Pablo_Escobar caught my second favorite trip movie! "2001: A Space Odyssey" is fantastic when you're tripping.

The classic disney cartoons "The Jungle Book" and "Robbin Hood". Pretty trippy but I think the yellow submarine would be the most trippy.

Ok, not a movie, but the DVD collection of Bjork Music Videos, "Volumen" has some gems (get the 1993-2003 edition). I guess you gotta like her music otherwise it could be fairly obnoxious.

I'm surprised no one mentioned Charlie Kaufmann; "Being John Malkovich", "Adaptation", and especially "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"; all mind-blowing while sober.

Also, I concur with "Spirited Away" as the finest Anime I've yet seen while tripping (though there are PLENTY to try!).

I'm not sure I would enjoy Donnie Darko while tripping...it gives me chills watching it alone at night as it is, that fucking bunny is hideously scary.

So I have to disrecommend that one while tripping, unless you've seen it enough times before hand.
