Opening Post or Original Poster. Basically it is referring to whoever started the thread. Which in this case would be you of course.

Technically speaking, If your brought a colonized jar and just randomly threw it/ bury chunks everywhere, should you get a bunch?

The one in my sig was found in SE OK and was 8 grams dried. Biggest one I ever found. It was spotted going 55 down a highway in Broken Bow OK. I pulled over and grabbed it without looking for anymore, it was 3pm! LOL! The cops still could have got me, but I am a bit of a risk taker. I was showed where to pick in Galveston too. Tripping on the beach after you pick is the next best thing to sex! The beach is fucking spectacular on mushrooms!

Yeah, I had a friend back in 1988-89 that told me about Beaumont. If you take 45 to the beach and turn left there are cow fields in Galveston to pick in, risky though I was warned when I went. I biology major showed me and I id'd them with her. Just inoculated 8 jars with a mix of gulf coast and amazon spores.

eventually. it will take a couple of years for your patch to really grow into anything special, but if you bury a colonized jar under cowdung in a cowfield, yes you will probably eventually end up with a patch that grows bigger every season. this is assuming the right climate. cubes need a warm, humid, rainy (but also sunny) environment. like basically anywhere on the coast between texas and florida. canada is a no go.
