A very good evening to everybody!
I'm working on an epic pan cyan grow, I started with inoculating agar plates with a print of Tasmania. Then I transferred them to new plates and inoculated some grain jars
and spawned some of the jars to bulk & cased then put into the fruiting chamber. . One of the first shroom to fruit was a fattie and became my first clone. After a couple of transfers some are ready to use. The jars were inoculated with the clone dishes 2 days ago, I'll shake them tonight. a few days ago I also transferred wbs from a master jar to 3 new jars of rye. and for giggles I dropped a strand into a liquid culture and so far so good. A tiny cake. 3.5 days into the spawn run. My outdoor tub
I hope you enjoyed my pictures I'll keep you updated as it all progresses.

How great is this?!
What sort of substrate do you use for the bulk tubs?

I always use chopped straw, manure and gypsum for both cube and pans.
Here are some more pictures of colonized jars of pan that you can really see the beautiful growth patterns. I think using manure in my agar may be one of the reasons the jars look so nice. These are half gallon jars not quart.

Some of my manure agar plates.

I soak composted manure in water strain out any sticks but leave some of the silt add your favorite agar mix to it and stir until there's no lumps then heat it slowly until it's starts to get hot then keep the silt stirred before you pour.

Nice pics! the growth on those jars looks very nice, better than mine at least haha I'm gonna try the hpoo agar, about how much hpoo do you put in for every 500ml water?

I hope everybody had a merry christmas and a happy new year, without going into any details I'm going to pick up like I wasn't gone for a few months if that's okay.
The first week of December I started new jars with agar made from my cloned mushroom which took about 3.5 weeks to colonize. .
On the 29th of december I lined my first big tub with half a black trash bag and dusted the bottom with a little substrate broke up a half gallon jar of spawn evenly over the bottom, covered it with substrate, misted it then cover it leaving a small hole in the bottom where I can watch it grow.

The first tub colonized in 4 days I cased it a couple of days ago which was about 6 days into the spawn run.

Yesterday the other 4 large tubs were ready to be cased which makes 5 large tubs total.

The smaller tubs are lined with a white trash bag cut in half and 3 of those are colonized and cased bringing the total to 8 tubs that are ready to fruit.
 .
