I was just dumped by a girl whose made me the happiest I've ever been.
I've been trying to sleep for the past 2 hours. I'm writing a letter to get things off my mind.
everybody's relationships are going to shit

Ive found that doing anything requiring physical exertion, to the point of total exhaustion helps me sleep. I run my batteries till they die, and I stay busy to not think about what happened. May not be the right thing to do, but for what its worth, it usually works. Sorry to hear about your luck, man... none of us feels this way forever, though.

Welcome to my world. I dumped my gf 1 yr and 4 months ago and I'm still not over it. I was fine over the summer, but as soon as I saw her again in college I was drawn back in. I'm deeply in love with her, she has a boyfriend, and I'm forever stuck with sleepless nights and depressing mornings.
I write all the time. I've filled up a full notebook of songs and poetry. It helps, but not enough.

that's kinda difficult. I've noticed when I talk to other people that I don't feel so bad. But driving in my car, doing my homework, and trying to get to sleep are fucking nightmares...
