My advice, learn how to meditate, and do it regularly. It will change your perspective considerably. At the moment you believe that you are your mind, and therefore the thoughts that your mind has really bother you, because you believe them to be true. Saying that you are "too lazy to meditate", well at some point you've got to help yourself. Change requires a bit of effort, so ask yourself how much you actually want to change. When you want it enough, you won't be too lazy

Tomorrow, when resurrection comes, The heart that is not in love will fail the test. ~ Rumi The day we start giving Love instead of seeking Love, we will have re-written our whole destiny. ~ Swami Chinmayanada Saraswatir

I just realized something yesterday..
G
It has been proven in physics that objects will always fall at the same rate.. but the amount of force to throw something up instead of down..will always relate to the amount of weight it has..
So on the ups..weight will determine the exact distance it travels up.. but on the way down..it doesnt matter what the object it..barring things like feathers that get caught and spun in the air..but just in general they all fall at the same rate!

Thanks, restless is probably a better word though. Ive been spending too much time sitting around doing nothing anyway, so when I sit down to meditate the thoughts get amplified and the anxiety gets worse. I startec looking into active meditation today because I think I need something constructive to do with the energy from being too inwardly focused. Sufi whirling is fun.
