What is the least fattening alcoholic drink?
    #22260120 - 09/19/15 12:52 PM (8 years, 4 months ago)

Beer is very fattening so is wine.

What about grain alcohol? Does it increase body fat??

alcohol will have at least somewhere around 60 kCal a shot, i think

beer and wine have a lot more per drink

but yeah, logic would dictate something like that or other hard alcohol if you look at calories per drink

Well, I have always felt like beer makes me fat. Alcohol takes priority and is metabolized while everything else is put on hold. They say that if you are watching your weight you should only try to consume protein and little fat if you are drinking and it helps avoid weight loss.

The more pure the product, the less extra shit, right?

Everclear is the least fattening. It's all empty carbs though and there's nothing really healthy about it without moderation.

Yuh. Oh, and just to be specific but yes, it can increase body fat.

Calories are calories...

If you're getting fat because you drink too much, you have a problem.  And it's not getting fat.

The least fattening alcohol is dry liquor (not Liqueur) such as gin, whiskey, tequila and vodka.

Watered down grain alcohol is best, thats basically vodka.

Vodka with water. Any other plain liquor will do it too.

alcohol in general isn't really that great for you with all the carbohydrates, which turn to fat when you don't burn them off

For your own physical and mental well being I recomend you man up and stop worrying about it. If you are THAT concerned and that overweight you shouldn't be drinking in the first place. You should be cutting out all the crap food you eat and avoid any empty bull crap you put in your body.

But as for me and the rest of the MEN will be enjoying our full bodied malt liquor

Vodka or any spirits probably dont differ between each other much id say.

Once again I say, "I know im still only 19" lmao but I remember drinking a litre of that bombay saphire one time back in the day during my teenage years.  Most of all I will NEVER forget the hang over the next morning.  Rocket fuel but goes down lovely with a drop of red bull Imo.
Typical Irish 16 year olds Sunday morning.
