LSD and Drawing
    #22258997 - 09/19/15 04:59 AM (8 years, 4 months ago)

I decided to do some drawing on my 2nd LSD trip.  I have done it once before, in the region of 150ug, and it was good.

Decided this time to go for 350-400ug.  also had 2-3 spliffs throughout.

Drew two things, one from memory, one from a picture.  ended up being both from memory.  A flower, and my landrover is what i drew.

Now, i am not an artist, a 5 year old could draw better than me, proportions are way out and its just terrible.  still, i thought it would be fun!
Took the tabs at T-0H and drew right then and then every hour for the next 12.

good music, good times, and alone.

Thoughts and coments please!

I love this kind of thing. T6 looks particularly good.

Whilst drawing, did you feel you consciously put more effort into the LSD pictures due to the experiment you were undertaking, or did it feel as spontaneous as the other pictures?

I'm going to try this next time I partake.

I didnt conciously put more effort into it, but i would say drawing felt easier with LSD.

i may do something similar on my next trip, maybe up it to 500ug as well

My scanner did not pick up all the colours - centre of flowers is orange for example.  dont know why.

I'm a professional artist and no a 5 year old could NOT draw better than that btw.

The choice of what to draw is interesting. Why a car and that plant every time?

If i was to draw something different each time, a house, a dog, a box, a plant, a vehicle, a face, a person, a a field, whatever, how can i compare them?  thats why it was the same two every time.  as for why those two?  why not, they were the first things that came to mind.
as for drawing something imaginary, i cant do that easily. im not a creative person.

with regards to the actual drawing during the trip, i wasnt actively trying to draw what i saw, i drew what came to my hand, and as i found it 'easier' to draw on acid, that is probably why there was more 'detail'.  im still awful at drawing either way though!
