The little guys in the smart pots are Cheese XXL autoflowers, the big guy is Darkstar, the little seedling that's stretching is Girl Scout Cookie and the two deformed ones are Great White Shark.

I'm just now doing agar wedges to grains (used to LI) and the slow colonization is killing me, ha. Do you still shake these at 30% or earlier?
Also I got some of that PB you sent me on agar now. Hoping to have some clean plates soon. Thanks again, dude!

I shake em twice, once the myc crawls off the wedges and covers a large area grains I'll shake them and then shake again at around 30%
Was the print real dirty?

Too early to tell, I dropped spores 2 nights ago. The print looked very stuck to the foil though, like I couldn't see a streak on the print from my loop, but I'm sure some got on it.
When are you going to shake the KSSS jars I quoted? I have some growth around that size.

I won't shake until at least 50% of the surface is covered in myc. If you shake too early you'll prolly and up shaking like 3 times to get decent colonization time. You want enough myc on the initial shake to have good distribution throughout the jar

It looks like that plate has a big bacteria issue. I wouldn't LI with that.
Am I the only one that sees it all around the mycelium?

Does he put a glob of corn meal in the middle of the agar? I thought it looked like it could be something like that.
Some info for you to take a look at.

This is what happens when you go out of town for a week. Disgusting rotten fruits. Gooey and disintegrating.

I agree. I tried drying some out. But just not worth it

Same thing happened to me. I harvested and dried them. They taste like shit but still do the job. Also, it took a tad longer to dry.
