Vermiculite blues

I wanted to start my first grow rr pf tek and my local hydroponic store only has coarse verm. I have 3 questions 1. Should I check Home Depot or lowes ? 2. Do the sponsors sell it? 3 . Should I just use the coarse ?
I did a search on shroomery and it seems like a debatable topic on which siZe verm to use. I've concluded that the coarse isint the way to go for the pf tek. Hopefully I'm wrong.
Any advice would be cool

You can use either... I like the fine Vermiculite, but some people use the course...there will always be some finer bits in the bag or you can even crush some of it to make smaller pieces...I found the fine Vermiculite at a "Farm and Garden" store locally...Lowes and Home Depot have it as well, usually.

Check lowes or home depot but if they don't have it, just by the curse stuff and grind it up.
I assume you have a coffee grinder since you're doing Pf tek right?
It's a pain in the ass to grind all that verm but it will work.

Pretty sure I'm using coarse, no problems as of yet.

Let the dust settle before you open the grinder.
You only have to give it a couple quick bursts. Not pulverize the living hell out of it

Dafuqs verm? seriously though. There's ways to grow without needing verm. I haven't used verm for a couple months now. Though I'm going to start casing again soon. Just because . I can tell you grains and manure doesn't need verm. Manure is generally supplemented with straw, but pure HORSE manure can work due to the fluffy texture

You can usually find the verm and perlite in the section where they have the orchids. At least, that's where they have them at my Lowe's.

I find it no problem at lowes, home depot, walmart, any horticulture/hydroponics shop.
