LSD/Shroom Flashbacks?

Hello friends,
I had always thought of "flashbacks" to be sort of a myth, if anything, but recently I think I have had a few. I was wondering if anyone else has had any flashbacks, what they were like, and how they felt about them?
I'll start by saying my two experiences with flashbacks. My first "flashback" occurred when I was laying in bed, about a month or so after dropping LSD for the second time, and maybe 3 or 4 months after trying mushrooms for the first and second time. I was laying in bed, looking at the light on my phone, and for about 3-5 seconds, it appeared as though the light coming off of my phone was making a really bizarre shape, as if I were tripping again. This really, really, freaked me out at first.
My second "flashback" occurred about thirty seconds ago. I'm sitting in the library of my university at a table, and I briefly glanced over to the other side of the table and it looked as though the table were moving away from me, stretching. I also got the weird sensation that I was moving. This lasted about 2 or 3 seconds as well.
Has anyone else experienced any LSD/Shroom flashbacks? If so, what were they like? Do they bug you at all?

This is mild HPPD.
If you refrain from using psychs for awhile it will go away.
Don't listen to anything bitter cactus tells you.

When i was in jail, i was reading a book, for hours, i had finsihed 1 book a day, so i was on my 3rd. I suddenly found it hard to read the words, i look up and the textures are spinning, i start laughing with a cheesy grin and the inmates were msking making fun of me. Soon it turned into making fun with me lol. They were jealous.=p I hadnt tripped in a good while, but i would do it heavily. Only had 1 bad trip, when i realized there is no such thing as a bad trip, its all our own insecurities within us. Since i have never had a bad one so i used to drop tons of cid, and eat mushrooms like it were a snack lmao. And ive never had hppd, which is alittle disappointing :p i seem to function way better when my brain is firing so much. Id only had a few flashbacks. Only when i am paying lots of concentration, like a very enthralling conversation, my perifrials would become how you explained with the table.
Cheers.

Most people I know have never experienced them, so I can't say I think they're all too common. Doesn't mean they're an issue though. A few times my vision did funny things, but I hadn't done any hallucinogenics that recently at the time, so I chalked it up to my mind playing tricks.

I have similar things happen to me before. Smy dresser, wall and ceiling looked lime it was streching upwards. Lasted about a minute or so. Got a very weird sensation in my body like I was being streched upward as well. Never really considered it a flashback exactly. Sometimes I just think are brains are more powerful then we think sometimes.
