Does this look like bacterial?

I'm not even sure what those infection are supposed to look like, but these two jars have been colonizing since july and they are still not completed. There's these little brown spots on the mycelium, i don't know if the pics are clear enough so i'm asking Does it look infected? If so what is it. Or could they just be really slow?

Thanks in advance for your tips!

Doesn't look bad from the pictures, how big are your jars? What's the temperature in your room? What species?

The jars are like 3' wide and 5' tall. The species is psilocybe cubensis, and it's pretty hot in my room, i don't a thermometer to say exactly the temperature, but i guess like 23-24°C
And actually it's more the fact that they are taking very long to colonize that's making me worried, because i made 3 other jars at the same time as them and those were already fully colonized about three weeks ago.

I would spawn to bulk, before they get infected.

Brown pots look like substrate.
The uncolonised areas aren't good; I'm not sure if that's just uneven moisture/uneven substrate, or if something else is there. The substrate looks strange though, kind of like a small canyon there.
Whatev, idk -- if the rest has been colonised for a while and that bald spot remained untouched maybe take it out last??? If it's yeast or bacteria you'll likely be able to tell before you stick it in the terrarium or whatever people do with those jars these days...
