They seem to be growing well, except I accidentally chopped off a piece of the biggest one whilst I was fanning it :mad2: There is also this white fluff, Is it harvest time yet and again, should I be worried, here are some pics:

The white fluff is normal, it's due to some lack of FAE. As a result, the mycelium starts growing up the stem, aka "fuzzy feet".

And it's definitely harvest time :awesomenod:  You gonna take some clones?

If fanning is causing you to maim mushrooms just skip it, it doesn't do enough to be worth it.

Can I clone second flush? Are these even worth cloning? Also must I only harvest the big ones or all of them?

I wouldn't clone from the second flush unless I had to.  I dunno if any of those express traits I would really look to clone but if that's how you intend to continue your culture then it'll still work.

Pick them right before the veil starts separating from the stem

EDIT: pick those big shrooms and let the smaller ones grow out a bit
