Increase fae. I often recommend people with kits to poke 20-40 holes into the bag with a pen because they don't have enough fae.
Kits often say to mist the walls and not the substrate. Don't listen to that. Make sure you mist the substrate lightly once a day or so. Make sure the surface is damp/glistening with absolute no pooling water.
Basically a high fae, and a constant surface hydration (to have constant evaporation) will trigger pinning. As long as it ain't contaminated

I'm a litte confused here. Is this one of thise "100% Mycelium" grow kits or a spawn to bulk kit?
And I second Mad Season's suggestion, that is if it looks fully colonized (almost all white)

it's one of those "100% Mycelium" kits. i don't know if it's already colonized or not, but it would've looked almost all white if it wasn't colonized too, because the perlite or whatever else they use in the substrate is all white too! so with the plastic not being as clear as a glass, it's very hard to tell what's going on underneath!
i'm afraid to give it FAE, because my house is not at it's cleanest right now and i'm afraid i might be contaminating it (if it's not in the first place)
and btw, inside the bag is very much humid, actually there is always water dripping from the walls of the plastic bag due to high humidity! there is half a litre water sitting at the bottom of the plastic bag keeping it very humid inside. it's funny because with the last kit, it was a different vendor and they didn't mention to put any water in the plastic bag, and i had very good results with that kit!

If it does contaminate under high fae.. I will tell you right now it isn't your fault. Well it would kind of be your fault for getting a grow kit. In my basement right now I have pasteurized manure in open air for over 3 months. It's not contaminated. This is thanks to the microbes in it. Others have done the same to other substrates like coir and verm. Until you add grains (spawn) to the substrate, they don't contaminate. This is why people scream and shout about clean spawn.
Since the vendors made it, you're trusting them to have made it properly and cleanly..
This all being said, high humidity and low fae is exactly what contaminations will thrive in. Which is unfortunate because colonizing myc thrives in it too. Once in fruiting though, don't focus so much on humidity. Increasing fae will stop shit from thriving. It actually is the solution to most bacterial/vert contams.
P.S. I have done some open air work in under 10% humidity in my dirty ass cluttered as fuck basement. Although I should have misted like 3 times a day at least, it's a good example that the outside air filled with contams will not effect your grow. These things thrive and grow outdoors after all.

Hey everyone! so today i opened the bag completely and put my nose in and breathed all the air in, it smelled very mildy like mushrooms, no bad smells at all. the problem is that there still isn't any changes! the fuzz on the top got a little but denser and thicker but that's all. it's not spreading, nor is it growing to form any mushrooms, only a little bit thicker than what you see in the pictures from OP. and it's been 15 days now! isn't that weird? does anyone has any idea what's going on?

It sounds like it's fine.
I'd just keep taking care of it; it'll fruit eventually.
Sometimes they can take a while which is why I stuck them in the fridge overnight.
What temp is it at? You still see condensation on the sides?
