ID possible Liberty Caps?

Habitat:
Found in a sheep/cow field in Scotland, in green and wet grass.

Gills:
Brown, light at the ridge, many of them.

Stem:
4-10cm, thin, cream at cap to dark brown/purple at the bottom.

Cap:
Rounded and slightly conical to quite conical, hazel brown and lighter where they curve in at the bottom, nipple at top with slightly different colouration.

some of the stems look like they are turning blue in the pic but I can't tell..

I think these are Panaeolus papilionaceus

Mostly an assortment of Panaeolus but can't be 100% without spore prints and other info. There's nothing that jumps out as classic Ps.semilanceata to me. When you're out picking look out for a darker cap margin (almost the purple brown of the spores) and try peel the cap straight after picking and if you find a detachable see-through membrane (the pellicle, important feature...see image attached) you've more likely than not found them if all other features add up. Keep up the search, you're in the right part of the world :smile:.
