It looks like it but I'm not 100% sure because I may have damaged it a bit while trying to dig it out. But I do plan on going back where I found it later today where there are tons more I can look at more closely before I dig them up. I'll post more pictures when I do

Are the veil remnants yellowy or just dirty?
Edit: A better question is, are you from the UK or the US?

Looks very much like A.muscaria, however, the stem is pretty linear, usually A.muscaria is particularly swollen at the base with fleecy/shaggy remnants of the volva. Could just be a local variation on the A.muscaria complex but worth bearing in mind; it isn't typical of the species. Also sometimes the yellowing on the stem may indicate the A.muscaria 'formosa' variety but equally it sometimes is just staining from the cap. I'd grab a few more for comparison.

Im from the US, Wisconsin specifically, I think they are yellowish. Anyway here are some more pics I just took
Hope this helps, and much thanks for all the help!!!!! IF these are A. Muscaria I do plan do consume them. Also I was wondering, in a worst case scenario if they are not what I am hoping they are what are the other possibilities they could be and are they poisonous/deadly??
