These were on my front lawn, in Ontario.
The spore print was blackish.
It was growing near a stump, but not on it.

Coprinellus micaceus Edible, providing you cook them before they turn into black goo, you can cook them to deactivate the enzyme, otherwise they will turn to ink.

Very high source of potassium but other than that they're 'meh'.

Pretty bland, nothing special
