How does one mix strength and hypertrophy training?

In about a month, hopefully I can go to the gym again after about a year of little to no working out(a lot of medical and chiropractic issues). This will be the first time consistently going to the gym and mainly the gym. Beforehand I mixed at home workouts mostly with a few days at the gym

This time I will do maybe 1 day a week for at home stuff and 3-4 days of mainly lifting. I modified 5x5 as I should avoid benching and bent over rows. I could prolly get away with it if I wanted to, but I see no need to risk snapping my spine and shoulder up again. Like dips and pullups better anyways. It also helps me better do muscleups, one arm pushups, and one arm pullups (my potential goals later this year)

Strength Workout A:
5x5 squats, 5x5 overhead press, 2x5 deadlift, 2-3 mins rest
Strength Workout B:
5x5 squats, 5x5 dips, 5x5 pullups
Full body hypertrophy C (8 reps, 4 sets of each exercise, 1.5 minutes rest):
squats, dips, pullups, OH press, bicep and tricep curls

given the above workouts, how would I mix strength and hypertrophy? Could I do workouts A, B, and C each one day a week. 3 days a week total? Or two weeks where I do ABA and BAB and then two weeks CCC?

Any advice would be appreaciated
