not always true. I've got a few in full sun that are yellow green. It can be a nutrient deficiency.

could you somehow tell the difference between a nutrient deficiency and not enough sun? and if it was a nutrient deficiency does this mean you should fertilize?

If it was sunburn the yellowing would be mostly on one side.

Are they seedlings or cuttings??? If they are cuttings, you should be able to go ahead and slowly ease em into full sun as long as they have roots (heck, some people around here even root em in full sun). Seedlings are a different story
-------------------- One day Alice came to a fork in the road and saw a Cheshire cat in a tree. 'Which road do I take?' she asked. 'Where do you want to go?' was his response. 'I don't know', Alice answered. 'Then', said the cat, 'it doesn't matter.'
