Honestly, 4.5g was all I had left in my container. The first time I did shrooms, I just ate handfuls like a moron. It took two years to sort out that trip. I remember swirling geometric patterns and feeling that my skin was too tight. Not bad, just intense body load.
I read this study that showed shrooms help with headaches and another one that showed brain regeneration in rats. I had this headache for months, so I decided to take them back up a few weeks ago with a 3g dose. It wasn't earth shattering by any means, but the headache went completely away.
Stomach still feels queasy, but in waves. Anyone have any stomach remedies?

I've been digging a lot to find a solution for yawning. I have come across information suggesting, that increasing the flow of endorphins might help with this. I personally don't mind one or two yawns. But we all know that it doesn't end with two yawns, don't we? It gets damn annoying, yawning like mad all trip long!
There are many ways to increase endorphins flow, one of them is to consume spicy food.

"Conversely, a greater presence in the brain of opioid neurotransmitters such as endorphins reduces the frequency of yawning. Individuals in opioid withdrawal exhibit a greatly increased frequency of yawning. Patients taking the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) Paxil (paroxetine HCl) or Celexa (citalopram) have been observed yawning more often.[citation needed] Excessive yawning is more common during the first three months of taking the SSRIs. Anecdotal reports by users of psilocybin mushrooms often describe a marked stimulation of yawning while intoxicated, often associated with excess lacrimation (eyes producing tears) and nasal mucosal stimulation, especially while "peaking"

As to the yawns, I sometimes yawn that much that it makes me think I am all sleepy and stuff and gotta lay down. Until I realize that's not the deal at all...

Interesting. I've mixed opium with mushrooms once, it was an awesome trip, visually, I was able to take a super high dose and get very strongly defined, acid-quality visuals, however the mindspace of the trip was very detached and dissociative, instead of all the awe and wonder and spiritual aspects of the mushrooms I got wildly visual pyrotechnics with a give-no-fucks, languid detachment. It completely eliminated all negative bodyload components, such as the yawns, cramps, itchy skin or hyper-awareness of strange body parts, my body was just air. It also left completely couchlocked, I just lay down and stared at the ceiling the entire trip.
Oh, and as for stomach discomfort, do a slightly acidic tea extraction (1 cup of water, 1/4 cup orange juice), add some fresh grated ginger and chamomile tea then strain, drink the fluid down. I have a weak stomach and get no unpleasant GI effects with this method. Nothing worse than puking while tripping balls.

I yawn till I cry when I trip, then I peak and cry, then I come down and cry because of how beautiful that experience was. Then I laugh at myself because I was crying so much

The issue of eye watering could have something to do with histamines and possibly dosing some anti-histamines should help stopping it. Next time I do shrooms I will definitely take some anti-histamines and see what difference will this make. It makes a hell of a difference with LSD as I get a full-blown allergic reaction to it.

Interesting, I will pop a benedryl next time I get the eye-waters. That's one of those things I forget about after the trip but now that you mention I realize happens all the time.

I use Piriton with LSD but the more LSD the harder it is to maintain finger swelling. Need more piriton. Last time I took a decent acid dose I hardly managed to stop the swelling. I'm guessing I need to source a different antihistamine. I'm planning to shamelessly ask a pharmacist what to do.

Yes, this is exactly how I felt, heartburn and all. Everything was fine when I was laying down, but when I got up, I felt elastic and everything was doing this:

Ha Ha Ha!!!
This is SO TRUE!
I experience this a lot. I cannot explain it, I just put up with it as a part of it all.
I just took my friend to a house music club the other night and gave him some shrooms. Next thing I see is him sitting down in the corner, grinning, yawning, grinning, yawning, YAAAWWWWNNNNIIINNNNGGGG, and grinning some more. He looked like an innocent child again!
Shroom yawns are no joke.
Except they are hilarious, so maybe they are a joke!
The mushrooms have been playing a joke on us the whole time...
Shrooms aren't even real! It's really all been a dream (hence the yawning.)

That's my new breakthrough theory... Genius.

This made me srsly lol. I find it well invented actually, as if the yawn was for you to have a break from tripping for a little bit and just normally yawn

The yawns are something I don't experience too often, but when I do, jeeeeeeeeeeeez my eyes stream and I feel as though I just did a ten minute full body stretch. Bliss.

Yawning seems to be associated with sleeping, so maybe it has something to do with the dream state being tryptamine based and because your ingesting a tryptamine it brings about the yawning

I think that there is a complex mechanism behind this. It could possibly be caused by several factors combined. Of what I gathered, yawning in itself, not only on shrooms, is not yet fully understood by scientists.

From what I read/heard, yawning is also associated with preparation and change of ones state, eg. when something ends or something begins, the brain will separate the events with a yawn. Of course, a profound change of state would be falling asleep/waking up. As well as starting to trip. Doesn't this make perfect sense?
Watch your yawns in everyday life, I find this pretty accurate...
