Just picked a load of pro grade from Frank's Nursery. Eight quart bags...they just restocked after taking down their X'mas displays. They had hundreds of bags, so I picked up enough to keep me in stock for a while...

What size verm does Doitbest sell? I just made my 1st substrate with Verm/BRF from MycoSupply and I wondered about the size of the verm. It's quite fine so I just lightly dropped the mix in and put on the top layer. Its the same size and color as shown in the PF-Tek photos but every other pic showing verm has this golden looking stuff. I'm wondering if it wil be ok for a Dunk & Roll tho.

I'd like to see some pics of the different Vermiculite sizes next to a ruler someday so I know what to look for.

Lowes was the only place out of Wal-Marts, Home Depots, a Southern States, and 2 ACE True Value stores around here that had any Verm. this time of year. -matt
