They really don't look identical at all. For example, you'll never find a cinct with a white stipe.

I'm guessing without a gill shot, but i'd say either Gymnopus or Psathyrella

Just moved down here recently and haven't seen the first cow pasture! Up near Birmingham there were fields everywhere you went I'll keep searching, any ideas on actives I could find in lawns or parks?

The gills on Cincts are the biggest give away IMO. The 2nd from the right is a Cinct. The rest are Foes.

These are all Cincts, notice how the dry ones look different because they are hygrophanus.

Jet Black Spore Print....Use a sharpie for comparison.

Banded cap. This is also crucial unless the mushroom has dried out and then you won’t be able to see much banding except for at the margin.

Also something I have noticed....and don’t hold me to this too much but Cincts have sturdier stems than Foes.
PS: Seriously, no offense but you need to do some homework if you think what you posted were Cinctulus. But I am a novice as well so I know how difficult it can be...and exciting. Keep putting up IDs on here. But also do a little investigating and learning about what you are going after. Look at pictures, use the Shroomery’s search engine and look at other posts etc. Good luck

From what I have learned so far all sub species of panaeolus vary greatly.

Cincts and Foes are both Panaeolus and they are definitely annoying to differentiate from out in the field. The spore print is the only way for many of us to be sure. Most times you think you have found Cincts...you very likely have found Foes. There are really good guides on here to help you locate them though. Type in Sub or Subbalteatus guide...because that was what they were formely known as.
