What I wish she had was an app that she can totally keep hidden even with him going into the bowels of her phone, that would allow her to put forth a false position on that other GPS tracking app.
I don't think it's out there.
That would be some next level shit, it's definitely interesting from a problem-solving perspective to me. I imagine it is out there, as it's all theoretically possible, and where there is a will there's a way when it comes to technology. It gets to the point where it becomes impractical however to go to such lengths. I think you might be right, it probably would be easier to just hire someone to sit and do the dirt manually, as it would likely be more reliable and less work in the end.

What would be cool is if the icon looked exactly like another popular app like Pandora and when you click it, it says sorry we got disconnected please put in your passcode now. Then after that it goes and looks over your tracking app. Even under usage and all that it could call itself Pandora or Flickr or whatever. Too bad it's not real.

Does he have the code to unlock her screen?
Assuming he bought the phone, and given the circumstances, I'm assuming this is maybe like a spy vs. spy counter-surveillance type situation. He might know more than you think already though keylogging her phone/computer. I think usually people will go for that when they are suspicious and paranoid, and at least a little tech savvy I guess. I would worry about him being one step ahead, and the fact that she takes measures to protect herself would raise flags. Even trying to uncover if he is spying might raise flags. I think that is why even if you found a solid program, and a way to cloak it, it would involve alot of risk right from the start.

I am guessing that the extra phone would be a liability itself, but swapping sim cards is another interesting avenue I didn't consider.

I have already bought a secret phone that we use but I usually keep
As for her putting her SIM card in another phone...
I think she would disappear from his tracker completely. That wouldn't work. I've thought along these lines but can't figure anything out.

OP, how is she your girlfriend if she's married to someone else? (rhetorical)
You're a piece of poo. I hope he discovers you.

Yeah it sounds like the discovery has already happened, so at this point I think the only way to move forward is to either move on to bigger and better things, of find some way to do things in the open. I can't picture a scenario where you're able to maintain your relationship as well as your dignity. When it comes down to it, if she wanted to be with you, she would be. She is just using you OP, and him, which doesn't say very good things about her.

I don't think the iPhone, even jailbroken, can get around things like that. But I don't iPhone much. On a rooted Android phone, though...
EDIT: A SIM card is tied to the phone's IMEI but the GPS is separate. You can still use a GPS without a SIM card because it's got its own antenna and stuff.
