Hi Everyone, Thought these kind of looked interesting, but am not quite comfortable enough with identifying, still waiting on the spore print, but all other information below including photos.

ahhh, too bad, for sure eh? I honestly wouldn't eat them myself either way, just because I know I can grow ones that won't make me sick, but I am totally interested in finding some actives this year just as a mycology goal. Although if I find legit cyanescens... I might.

I'm not 100%, I've only gained interest in mushrooms in the past year, so I'm still learning. But I'm almost certain they are not active sorry. If they had blue bruising I might think otherwise.
If you haven't already, thoroughly research the mushrooms you are trying to find, that way you will know the perfect environment and conditions for them to grow. Also, take a look at a lot of images of them too because I found that I had more then likely found some actives on my first couple hunts but misidentified them and didn't bother picking them.

They grow all over the place where I live. Growing in fairy rings or arcs, you can see where they gonna grow by darker grass in a shape of ring or arc.
