Habitat: Growing in a pile of manure covered on the surface by lawn trimmings and leaves.  In New Hampshire.  In exposed area with at least a half-day of sunlight.  Found two days after rain. 
Gills: Creamy white; attached; wavy
Stem: 4cm; think and distinctly twisting almost like a vine; tannish to dark brownish-purple; solid
Cap: Creamy white to tan; 2.5-5.0cm diameter; relative smooth; wavy margin
Spore print color: Creamy white
