Random stupid question (you've been warned)

This is really the type of stupid shit that keeps me up at night.
There's gotta be someone out there who could answer it. It's all hypothetical, not asking because I'm entering one. It concerns a raffle.
There are two ways a raffle with multiple prizes/drawings can work: 1. The tickets are just pooled together in the drawing, and first winner gets to pick their prize, next person gets to pick theirs, etc. 2. People buy tickets for the item(s) they are interested in to begin with and each item has it's own specific drawing.
Let's just assume that in either configuration both have the same number of tickets actually sold. In which scenario are you more likely to win? When it's all pooled, there are more times you get a shot at having your ticket pulled. When they are split up for individual items, you get only one shot. Or does this simply not provide enough information to come to any reasonable conclusion?
Like I said, stupid question, but now it's bugging me.

With my face against the floor I can’t see who knocked me out of the way. I don’t want to get back up but I have to so it might as well be today. Nothing appeals to me no one feels like me, I’m too busy being calm to disappear. I’m in no shape to be alone contrary to the shit that you might hear. You can't wake up, this is not a dream. You're part of a machine, you are not a human being With your face all made up, living on a screen. Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline

Each time someone wins (in the pooled one), their ticket is removed, right?
So I guess your odds would go from 1/200, to 1/199, 1/198, etc.
Whereas your odds for the other drawing would be stagnant at 1/200.

okay so you sell a thousand tickets. there are ten different items. if its a regular raffle and the prizes are together, my odds don't get better every ticket that's pulled because the amount of available prizes goes down a tenth for every prize pulled while the remaining tickets only goes down a thousandth. Now if they are all split up, you can increase your odds for winning a prize if you put all your tickets on the prize that nobody wants... but it's probably the crappiest prize. Honestly that's why you don't split up the raffle. You sell more tickets if all the prizes are put together...
