Creating my own job in the short-term?

I hate working my ass off at a restaurant for a millionaire who sits around and gets paid thousands to file taxes and do routine finance work and would rather spend that energy towards making my own income.
Does anyone have any idea how I can make a minimum of $500/month on my own time doing something that makes me feel satisfied? It would have to be in the short-term since I'm moving in the next few months, but in the meantime, I'd like to devote my energy towards that.

I currently live within a school zone and I'm definitely not selling drugs here.

daytrading? energy is at multiyear lows and is starting to creep back. huge volatility swings can make you some quick clams... or lose it all.

I have the bogleheads' guide to investing... I'm guessing that's not enough info to get into daytrading though?
Does anyone know if spending a few hours reading about bicycle repair give me enough info to be able to fix peoples' bikes?

Mycology, winemaking, random knowledge, a few chords on my ukelele, discipline.
I sold morels when they were in season, but they aren't super common around here, so I didn't make much. I'm not so sure bootlegging wine would be a viable source of income.
I can learn fast and do shit, so that's half the battle.

Dog walker Buy 2 expensive cats, breed them, sell the babies Become a real estate agent Become a middle man, find items for people, finders fee Uber Buy some items online. resell them to stores willing to carry the item.
