Hi, I'm sort of new. I eat way too much cheese on a day to day basis.

I wish me brain was healthy as last year..
ok this is all I have come to ..we seem to by nature like to tarry on the road..but some times the scenery gets old-some times it gets so old ya feel sick-and you know longer look forward.
but if you can glimse your path I say dont walk..run to it..it is yours

You should maybe read The Celestine Prophecy. I found that book gave me alot of motivation and positive energy.

200*3* you mean?

Laziness is currently mankind's biggest problem. Its easy to sit and think about all sorts of deep shit ALL DAY, and plan out your life and outline things and all this.

Its the ACTION that will be difficult - get started

Hey
I've always had a big problem with discipline too. I know it sounds pretty cliche, but exercising is the only thing that really helps me. As long as I can manage to run a few miles every morning, I feel incredible. It's amazing what it does for your brain chemistry. I hope you find something that helps.

I wholeheartedly agree with you, Gijith. Exercise does incredible things for you. Not only do you look better, you feel better too. You gain things like self confidence, discipline, and self respect. Your fingernail, skin, and hair quality improves. Addictions, bad habits, frequent ailments, aches and pains and shit disappear.

All you have to do is 1) set a goal and 2) meet a goal. Simple as that. If your life is gonna suck then fuck it, you might as well get huge/lean/toned and get laid in the meantime.

By the way pops, your post sounds an awful lot like something that I could say right now. We're travelling the same path. Sticking to good habits and surrounding yourself with good people might help, it has for me so far. Work to improve yourself because you're all you'll ever have in the end.
