Habitat:
Western New York State; in the woods growing on forest floor in decaying deciduous tree matter and decaying deciduous tree stumps

Gills:
Whitish to tan, tight attached gills

Stem:
3-6" long, 1/8-3/16" wide, hollow, whitish at the top, brownish/blue at the bottom

Cap:
1-2" diameter, light brown, smooth not slimy, convex

Spore print color:
Pending?

Bruising:
Brownish-black

Other information:
Not much of a scent - just fresh mushroom smell.  The past week or so has been very hot and very muggy.  I've been seeing these guys popping up in huge clusters everywhere.  They remind me an awful lot of my favorite kind of shroom   Whatever they are, I have a chit ton of them.
