Really digging this group Head East right now.
Some really great stuff, nice classic rock sound with some solid guitar.
Listening to the album A Different Kind Of Crazy, here is one of my favorite tracks so far:
Lonelier Now
The whole album has been very solid so far though.
Wha are your favorite obscure bands?
Here are some other random ones I have been digging:
Red Rider Electric Sun Zon Masters Of REality Lake Nektar Osamu Kitajima
Those are just a few that come to mind, so much amazing obscure music out there.

I got 3 caravan albums I have yet to check out much, will put some on right now though
They seem like a chill group.
I got 2 Steve Hillage albums as well, Green and Fish Rising. Both seem like very interesting albums.

A bit to punk for me or something I think, I may have to download it anyways though becouse it is definitely interesting and has some nice jams.
Steve Hillage is a creative dude, I definitely like his style too.

Dope album:
Obscure means different things to different people I definitely wouldn't consider Bowie obscure since he was so popular but now to many he probably is.

I think there should be a new word, Stonerism: When someone says something in the most round about way using overly simple words.

They are super jazzy, the first album of theirs I heard Pawn Hearts is painful at parts so weird yet awesomely psychedelic at the same time.
This band Twenty Six And Then is pretty interesting also:
Nice smooth jams with some trippy organ and nice mellow lyrics. I love albums that are only like 3-5 songs too

The folk implosion is well worth checking out. Pretty sure they did the soundtrack for Kids but the only person I ever met that knew of them was the girl that showed me their stuff.
Cursive is another one of my favorite underrated bands
Brad Sucks is worth checking out, I've been listening to this song like at least once a day for the last few months it's ridiculous.
I'll conclude with Margot & the Nuclear So & So's
All very definitely some of my favorite bands.

Awesome, thanks for the share. Would this be considered surf rock? I'm not super familiar with the genre, but I feel like a lot of the stuff I like has roots in that.

That was smooth, very interesting guitar tone he is using. I wonder what effects he used to do that
I am about to get my morning jam on, probably start with some lake and groove on into some other groovy stuff.
This album seems very prime:
Sweet Smoke: Just A Poke
Here is their description: Quote:
Sweet Smoke were a 1960s and 70s psychedelic jazz-rock band. They incorporated many different influences, such as jazz, funk and island rhythms. They were originally formed in Brooklyn, New York in 1967, although the band moved to live as a commune in Germany before the decade was out. They have a fan presence on the internet to this day

Have you been in jail for the past two years or something? 8 posts since 2013 is impressive sorry if you were actually in jail
That is some chill folk though, I have been digging some similiar stuff. I prefer some more intense prog rock craziness to balance out the softness though.
