Hey what's up guys? Just got back from a walk and found these guys. I would love to have these mushies properly identified please. I'm from Nova Scotia.

Habitat: Sort of swampy area in the woods some in wet dirt, moss and some in leaves.
Gills: Brown/Black, separated.
Stem: Somewhat thick, not sure if hollow or solid, cotton like fibers towards the cap, there is about half an inch at the bottom of the stem where it is smaller than the rest of the stem.
Cap: Knob/bell-shaped, brown/black, has some sort of a film like layer.
Spore print color: Waiting on results.
Bruising: Looks mostly purple for days
Edit: fixed bruising color, added more info about the stem and I forgot to mention whereabouts in canada I am..

The bruising looks more purple than blue to me.

Yeah I was more leaning towards purple. Any clues as to what it could be?

I personally do not, but I'm sure someone who does will be along soon. :p I've never actually seen a purple bruising mushroom in person. I just wanted to point out the color because some people legitimately cannot make the distinction between blue and purple.

I'm not 100% sure but sometimes I feel like I'm going color blind. I know my vision is getting really bad so I can never be too sure xD Regardless I'm still pretty excited to have found these whether or not they have any properties.... They look too cool!

It somewhat looks like a species of Cortinarius. Hopefully I can get a positive ID

I'll guess that they're one of the purple Inocybe species. Take a look at http://www.mushroomexpert.com/inocybe.html

That could also be a good guess, although I can't find any species of inocybe that look like mine. Can I get a TI take a look if one is around?

Hey thanks. The spore print came back rusty brown so that's definitely what they are
