Jaw clenching from San Pedro cactus

Hi all!
I've tried San Pedro once before many years ago, and the only really noticeable effect was jaw tightness. After doing some research I found out that this is not an uncommon side effect. Anyone else with experience know what I'm talking about? Do you just ignore it? It made the experience very unpleasant for me, especially since the trip itself ended up being so mild.
This was with about 8" made into tea. I'd like to give it another try, but the thought of sitting there with my jaw clenched for hours is keeping me away.

I only get mild or no jaw clenching on cacti. Ever experienced jaw clenching on amphetamines or other stimulants? These are so bad and hard to get through...

I've never tried mescaline but jaw tightness seems to be a common side effect with phenethylamines in general.

I have never come across any antidote for jaw clenching. I guess there is one. You could go to your doctor and say that you clench your jaw at night in sleep. Ask them to prescribe you something, then take it as an antidote

I get that sometimes. I just try to focus on my breathing and relaxing my muscles.

I don't notice this problem. I would hate too, my teeth and mouth is twisted out of shape, it needs to hang open and relaxed. My complaint right now is that my brain/body feels so depleted as if a serious onset of laziness could overcome me and I've not produced any music. Never mind, I did transform into a science fiction creature.
