I used to but lately it’s just been a top layer and go. Hell I don’t really even bother to properly case SWPE anymore.

ya i was just wonderin cuz i had that same issue b4 when the casing was a tad on the wet side.

but on another note i just shook the nec d so those will be ready to spawn in another 4 days most likely. these things move fast as hell. im so exited to run these i hope i  can get some good clones to play with. id really like to be able to get a full tray of these beauties one day.

In my head I make that into one if the vendors name and penis envy is that correct or what is that?

Yea I consider Sporeworks PE to be a separate line from the homestead or Hawk lineages.

Advantage of Pans vs. Cubes: Pans deal with Pseudomonas like champs  I've mentioned it before but in my last container the casing was oldish so it had some Pseudomonas. First flush ended up with lot of splintered stems and what not, but by the second flush the antibacterial effect of the myc completely WIPED THEM OUT. I was impressed!

I wouldn’t think you would see much pseudomonas with pans simply due to them not liking the same conditions. I’ve always found standing water on pan caps almost immediately leads to aborts unless FAE is immaculate. I’ve never seen Pseudomonas on a cap without standing water on it.

It was mostly the stems, but some on caps too. The thing is, the bacteria were already present in the casing when I applied it.

Pseudomonas is pretty much everywhere as far as I understand things. It’s just a matter of if conditions become ideal for it to get ahead.

I agree, but you don't think the Pan myc could have eradicated it? I see no other reason why they would vanish from the casing since staying wet is what they like. First flush had split stems, other 2 flushes had nothing.

is the dehyd manure you get from the sponsors loose? The pellets I have are crazy hard and need to be soaked forever, or smashed up.

The aged manure I've got atm breaks up wonderfully if I just rub it between my palms.

It's hard pellets but smaller than the pellets you posted. They only take an hour or two to hydrate completely.

I've had a bunch of horse manure that I've been sitting on since I got it because it has a lot of chunks that are hard as rocks. I need to go get some fresher stuff from a different source.

I mean fresh as in just out of the field, leached and dried. Not some shit that seems like it was sitting in a stable forever and hard as a rock. I've seen some people with really nice, easy to break up stuff. The load I got a long time ago was very different.

Can I spawn colonized grains to pasteurized poo sub in open air and let it colonize in trays instead of mycobags safely without contam risk?
