I don’t think they are very photogenic 🤣 I harvested these but as I did I got the sense they could have matured a while longer. That is obvious for the ones with caps not fully open but even the caps that were fully open they seemed very sturdy like they had some growing to do.
I took about 15 prints ...

Nice. They do look like Wild Coast. Specially that thick gnarly stripe under the caps (top right corner in the pic). I've noticed that in most of my Wild Coast fruits. Unfurtunatly this is the only Pic I have from that grow.

Pan cambo sandoze
Grown in 22-24 C. Didn't think they would even pin. I always been worried about keeping my temps as high as possible with my pans.
Read that pan cam wasn't as sensitive and wanted to give it a try myself

I don't want to sound like an insecure teenager... however, I don't have a point of reference seeing as this is my first pan grow, are my pans looking like they will tiny? Or do they all start off this small?
They've grown since this morning though! It's awesome to watch!

the way i do pan clones is i will take a piece of thicker heavy cardboard and cover it in aluminum foil. place it in my sab tape it down on the corners and wipe it down with iso. then il take sterile sewing needles or the big tacks(soaking in iso) and tack the cap to tbe cardboard with gill side up so that the stem is vertically sticking up. then with sterile tweezers(soaked in iso) il peel the stem apart and downward to where it meets the cap. then with a very sharp scalpel blade(flamed of coarse) i carefully cut out a small piece from where the cap n stem meet. i usually will cut a tiny circle but dont go too deep to where you pass the blade thru the cap or especially dont go out of the meeting area to the exposed gills. then il once again take sterile tweezers(flamed this time) cool them in the recieving plate. then with the tweezers in one hand and my scalpel in the other il pinch the meat i just cut in the center and pull upward and at the same time using the scalpel in the other hand(flamed of coarse) il make gentle small cuts til it frees its self. then put the tissue to the plate.
it can be a pain in the ass and its like doin surgery at times. but il only do this if they r on the skinny side and im worried about mashing up my potential clone
is there a reason you don't just remove the cap and throw the whole stem on agar like this and then select for the fastest mycelium? it seems to work ok for me about 4 out or 5 times.

I'll try both approaches. I haven't read up on cloning much tbh, what do people prefer? Going for the bigger, stronger fruits, or cloning from clusters?
