How can you tell if pans has pseudomonas? What are the symptoms?

Same as with cubes, dark spots and splitting of the stems.

Im really in doubt about this one.. I turned around the picture so you can see better.. There are some twisted stems, splitted.. Dunno if its just because of the dry environment or it could be an infection of some sort..

I tried using straight verm with my current grows, Baba Yaga had success with it so I figured I would give it a shot. It's looking like I'm not even going to get a pin.
Is there an alternative to peat moss? It's not a product I want to be using if I can avoid it.

How long do you keep your pasteurized casing around if you dont use it all at once or if you want to patch later?

I have some issues with my tropicalis. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could give me some feedback on that.
My plan was to make some prints, but the thing is that i dont see any signs of sporulation. Even after succeeding flushes. When looking at the gills, they are black though and not white. So...how probable is it that my fruits remain barren?
Of course i still tried to do prints, but when i did there was no spore residue afterwards. And i also noticed that printing them is harder because they shrivel up so soon... Has anybody written a proper printing tek for pans?
Another thing i noticed during my last harvest are black dots on some stems on older fruits. And what's so strange is that they are just appearing under the caps and nowhere else.

Is that bacterial blotch? It cant be spore related, right?
This is the first harvest i got out of mono No. 2:

210g fresh. A record so far. And it's getting crowded in the dehydrator...if i had 2 times the harvest they wouldnt have all fit.
Another thing i noticed is that the fruits become kinda taller and taller after each harvest.
 ~23 cm!
And they really pack a punch. 2 Friends of mine "reviewed" them (1-1.5g) and what they said was: It was a religious experience, God is real, I'm a different Person now, strongest psychedelic experience i ever had etc.
So that was nice to hear...and it's not just me.
And thats the reason why having prints would be so important to me...kinda afraid that I'll loose these awesome genetics...that would be a real bummer.

I think you found the weirdest pans ever.
Mine always get significantly shorter each flush.
Those caps look kinda odd too, I’d try cranking the fae and see if it’s genetic or if they start to shorten up and get bigger caps. The trop I just did also took a day or two longer than I expected to start dropping spores. They looked mature but I had to wait for the gills to really darker and drop down.

Thx Adas!
@JCM You really made the gears in my head turning. I mean regarding the tamps-assumption... Could that really be?
At first i doubted that immediately because of the strength, and appearance wise they do have similarities. But i also dunno shit about tamps. I always assumed you grow them for the sclerotia and that these are as weak as cubes (and they are, i tried them). So they never sparked my interest. But after q quick google search i just read that their fruits are way stronger and provide a remarkable sort of trip. And that kinda corresponds with my experience. Especially reading the trip report created some big question marks in my head.
This feels weird now.
I wanted to have trops. Then i had trops and was more than happy. And now im eventually realizing that maybe im growing something different but with fantastic properties...and only because i wanted to have trops. And still...i dunno what to think.
I mean...lets say these guys are tamps. Then a) why the fuck are they so niche? and b) why the fuck are they used mainly for their weak sclerotia?
Right now I feel disoriented, ashamed, uncertain and really happy at the same time. Mycology really is a dark forest.

That's not the texture that Tamp stems have. I'm certain you actually have Pans.
