The onset of cold days dictate their own conditions. It was decided to insulate the greenhouses,as I move them to the storeroom, where the temperature in winter does not exceed 5-10 g. The choice fell on the insulation extruded Styrofoam PENOPLEX-Comfort 3 cm thick. Comfortable and lightweight material. I made a plan, measured the new container, and got to work.On the occasion, I bought inexpensive 65-liter containers. A powerful compressor controls air aeration. Cut the Styrofoam into pieces, fastened for strength with long screws. Pasted on the outside with strong reinforced tape. Inside, for the sauna effect, I covered it with thick foil.
For ventilation, I cut the air duct pipe by 120 mm. On the opposite side I attached a fan to blow the exhaust air out Ventilation grilles came in very handy - you can conveniently pinch the fabric from the mask, and aesthetically. Fans put the size of 80 mm. They are switched on from 12 volts via an electronic timer every three hours for 4 minutes. For heating, I used an infrared film with 100 watts of power. It is controlled by a sensor in a greenhouse with a thermal relay in the range of 27-28 gr. The lighting is implemented with a 12-volt led waterproof blue glow tape. In General, it turned out to be a very energy-saving design.Stably keeps the temperature in the greenhouse 27 gr.. Overboard in the pantry 5-10 degrees.

2nd run with another wild South African pan I collected Tried running this on cold pasteurized sub!!
Rather poor show...and my sub tammed on me (not sure if it was sub or crappy spawn or both )
But am happy that I managed to get a few caps to print along with a nice couple that I've taken some clones from tonight
The blueing on these is insane

Sexeh!! Doesn't look like you have typical sgfc holes all over the place. Is it just the one row of holes across the middle?
Also I'm sure you've answered this already, but what are those round stones in the bottom?

There are holes below the level of the hydroton as well as holes in the bottom and in the lid.

Do you add any salt or peroxide to the hydroton?

estero produced lots of mini's and mutants

Hello everyone ! Good to see your success !
I have a question regarding my first tray.
It developed one single mushroom which grew very fine and I am printing it right now. There are quite a few knots and tiny pins visible. If they grow the same speed as the single one they should be ready in 3 to 4 days or so. So far they look fine, no aborts or something.
Is this a normal occurrence with pans, that there might be a single mushroom coming up before more ?
It is sporeprint to agar and taken 2 or 3 transfers then grain then bulk. So it isn't from a clone.

From what I've read it's pretty common for pans to not have the traditional "flushes" but rather just continuously pop them out. I've never cultivated them though, have some strong looking plates rn now

A single pin is sorta odd but yeah pans sort of do rolling flushes cuz they develop so quick.
I finally spawned a tiny tray of aussies after g2ging most of the jar. Hopefully they like pasteurized roaches cuz my manure bag seems to have turned into a roach nursery. When I was adding water to the bag and mixing it up I noticed a little one running around.
