We should be best friends I never had no hash oil rips before. If your pans don't pin when do you decide to throw in the towel? Someone said they can take weeks or months.
My Pan Cyan starts to knot within 3 days after casing. Bisporus, however, is a whole another ball game. Can take weeks sometimes.

Bisporus was fast for me thought. Depends on the culture a lot.

If it’s been a month I’d say it’s over with.
lol the bidet thing is so funny. I usually don’t have that happen but this last time when I went out to the desert and took a bunch of acid I suddenly had to take a gnarly methadone shit. Luckily they had a bathroom way the fuck out there but it was concrete with sheet metal roof and it was like 110 out.
Worst shit ever, in both meanings. Kinda like I imagine shitting in a dry sauna would be. The seat was so hot I had to pad it with piles of their half ply paper. Luckily I was the only one there cuz I rolled out saucer eyed dripping in sweat probably looking pretty spooky to families on vacation.

ya the longest ive ever had was 11 days and i meant to toss them on day [ 10 but was lazy lol but it still sucked. but if by day 10 you dont have anything the chances of getting anything are slim to none. i usually will see knots/pins in 3-5 days on average. but seems to b around 7 days on the longer end of things. whoever told u months has no idea lol they must have been talking about zaps or other slow going species. pans are fucking fast in so many ways.

So my first Pan cyan substrate is officially spent. But just in case you were wondering, I'm not done yet. Have this other MS container coming right up. After this I will move to the clone I have taken (both 2 samples ended up stellar clean).

It's just a plastic box with water at the bottom, with the lid turned 90° and I literally hand-mist the fruits. Against all recommendations, but turns out you CAN actually mist Pans without aborting them, but you have to do so in a very specific way.
I may do a write-up in a totally separate thread for that. Could potentially be my own TEK of sorts.

Yea, mine is like the ultra-low-tech version of yours. In yours air exchange is done via pumps, in mine due to natural air currents in the room. Your setup uses micro-mist to keep em wet, I use hand-mister.
But this is certainly only good for small grows, because your setup is kinda set-and-forget, while I have to mist 2-3x a day. But it works for me and I'm very happy with it.

I have a mister which puts out droplets based on how strongly you squeeze it. I mist by squeezing weakly, so it produces relatively large droplets, like a mild rain.

ibdont use any micro mist its strictly humidity and the air currnet created air being pumped in thru warm water wich creates warm humid air that rises up and out thru the top as the fresh air is pumped in from below. its so humid in there that i dont usually have to mist at all other than the heavy misting i give the casing when i put them in the fc. once in a while il syring water after pins have came in but thats often not needed either. but there is no kind of mist or fog generated at all its just saturated air in the fc.

Yeah im going to try it again. I have 11 agar dishes going. I kind of wonder if I just have bad genetics. It took multiple transfers just to get something that grows at a half decent speed.
