Hey jcm I see in the write up you keep the water about 2 in above the bubbler right? Is that how you still keep it about 2 in? I noticed I only ever had the water about an in above the bubblers so I added more and brought it up. Don’t know if that could have been causing me problems or not

ya il keep it around the 2.5 total depth range but i never let it get lower than an inch above the heater and the stones cuz the heater out of water could be bad lol

(I'm planning to drill holes in the rack later if needed, but it shouldn't be necessary because the trays will block the same area anyway.)
It also drips on my humidity probe and causes that to stop working. That's not a huge deal though, just annoying.
are the air stones under the rack except for the 2 long ones on the long edges?? what temp is your heater thats in the water set at?? how big is the tote?? take pics so i can see what ur working with it shouldnt be dripping on anything like that.

Yep the air stones (all of them) are under the rack. The rack looks like this (not the exact one): https://b3h2.scene7.com/is/image/BedBathandBeyond/61074514597638p?$690$&wid=690&hei=690. The outside edges of the rack go almost to the outside perimeter of the main tub, there's no room to put anything outside it. But the sides are so open that there's no restriction of water movement. Main tub is 66 qt.
The heater is set to 90 F°, though it's plugged into a controller that turns it on and off to maintain 78 °F above the rack, so the water is less than 90 °F. Air temp is very stable.
It could be that I have less air moving through than you do, or more cold air hitting the top from the room-side. If yours hits some equilibrium where the humid air heats the top enough to stop further condensation, it won't drip and the water drops will just sit there. I'll try rigging up something to block room air from moving too much over the top and see if that helps.

I was never committed to it. It was serious just a sketchy looking bulk bag that I decided to toss in a dirty shoe box outside and sprinkled some dry peat on top and wet it with a hose

nice!!! i've been wanting to grow rdu for many years now. made a few trades here and there for rdu prints. every time i got a new print, they never germinated. granted none were freshly printed.
🤞🤞🤞 for you

Pans are amazing. Harvested last night then I flooded the sub. This morning I drained the excess water and now 4h later there are pins all over the place.
I got 17.2g wet and 1.1g dry from first flush. 2 containers 600ml substrate total.
