well i woke up this mornin and with the exeption of a few decent half normal looking clusters my trays have gone full blown r tard on me like what hillbillies get from fuckin their first cousins. then some have scoliosis and some are just flat out commiting suicide by breaking there heads off cuz they cant take being surrounded by freaks any longer😂😂😂 i swear WORST SPRING AND SUMMER EVER!!!!!!! just when i was thinking the shit was gnna end but oh well i take full responsibility for this one. i should have never cloned the 2 good fruits out of a retarded tray. i knew better at the time and i did it anyway out of being desperate for something good. i still plan to go back to spores with these but all of these transfer plates i have are trash for sure. ima knock up the rdu this weekend and give those a go asap
just a few pics its sad when these are the bettr ones😂😂🤷🏼🤷🏼

Do the spots on the caps happen from the casing being too wet during pinning? In this tent I don’t have to mist at all or actually do anything other then put the trays in and refill the water.

So I guess I need to turn down the fogger when it starts pinning then because all the trays casings are pretty wet. But that wetness and heat activated pins. It’s a catch 22. Guess it’s probably too wet then.

Already seeing some spores from the second flush

Do you all just harvest them as they mature or do one big harvest? This variety I've got doesn't seem to flatten out or change much other than drop spores to signify it's ready.
I gotta say harvesting them is kind of a pain compared to cubes. Like snapping little trees and then it's pickup sticks when putting them in and out of the dehydrator

Having a hard time getting Bisporous spores to germ on agar. Temp is a steady 75*f, do I need to warm up a bit?

Yeah those trays are so nice, I feel you on harvesting them. I usually just kinda fold them down til the stem pops off.
So idk if it’s a coincidence or not, but this accurately pasteurized sub is amazing. It’s been beat to hell dried out and flooded and still keeps going.

I’m convinced these are knots now, I’m gonna recase it and see if I can get an actual pinset.
