Well I harvested the first flush of my pan grow and thought I'd throw some pics and details up.

These were spores from a west coast vendor, marked as "Pan Cyan Gulf Coast Florida (F1)". Followed Asura's substrate recipe and the fruiting chamber was based on JCM's. I'm using a 6L polycarbonate food tray, it was the right height and seemed sturdy and seems to be about right for two bags of sub.

I didn't get a pic of the first canopy, the below is the last bit that I held off on to see if they would get any larger. These seem very tall and skinny compared to some others I've seen. Total for the first flush was ~31g dry, didn't total up the wet weight but they seem to be ~93% water like most shrooms.

The second flush pinset seems pretty good so far. I have been doing a fair bit of watering with a syringe.

Not sure I'll get another two bags put together this week, but going to try LC for the next round.

i just cant get over how tall these fuckers are that one looks like it was gnna open the lid lol

I’m thinking this has got to be knots that aren’t pinning cuz they want more casing. The few clusters that have grown were on parts with regular casing depth.

Here’s some of my bulk bags. These I’m pretty sure these are done but you can see what I mean by hard to tell. They are solid blocks and look like they have even shrunk a little. I believe they finished two days ago so I’ll tray them up either tonight or the morning.

Nice. But I don't see any holes in your lid or any fans in this pics. Do you even have a fan in your setup? How do you get that evaporation going?

There is a fan set to 2 mins on every 3 hours.

Also had my big flow hood running nearby for a few days while I was dehydrating and printing some of these. Dry summers in my location and this room is the hottest part of the house.

No pic, but when I first put the tray in the fruiting chamber I set same digital humidity meter just above the soil level. After 15 minutes and it was 93% and 83.3 degrees. I have been watering the casing with maybe 40-80ml of water per day. The sides of sub are starting to shrink inwards a bit.

What are long stems an indicator of with pans?

👍👍 lime i said id just poke more holes in the lid so its in a 2 inch grind like sgfc pattern. plus it will also help with getting your temp down a tad cuz you wnna stay as close to that 77-78 deg as possible but not over 80. and u really should add more stones also that will help with fae and humidity and lastly as i stated in my write up try giving a slightly smaller tray or a larger tote. that way you have more space between the walls of the tote and the tray for better airflow upward and out. but other than those lil things great job man😃👍👍

So check out this crazy shit guys, the stone I transferred to a new plate from that stone heavy blue springs plate is continuing to grow! It's at least tripled in size and is starting to turn brownish.

I think this is a good sign?

I’m actually starting to grow some pan jam from one of most trusted vendors just to see if it’s the same.

they r pan cambo jam im callin them JAMBOS😂😂😂 but they were thought to b pan cyan b4 then jakes eagle eyes spotted they may b cambo and B.H. and alan r. did the scope work and identified them as cambos. jake also did pcr on them that hasnt came back yet but we know almost certain now anyway that they r indeed cambos. a vendor had them listed as cyans but jake said that will be corrected so plz label as cambo as to not further spread mis identification or confusion👍😃
