Hey guys, exciting news! I got my hands on some b. Caapi powder. I wanna do a psilohuasca dose with pans. Any dose recommendations from anyone who's done psilohuasca before? How much of the red b. Caapi powder do I need to ingest for full MAOI inhibition? I've also heard caapi produces a psychedelic high of it's own, any insight on this? Literally any help would be awesome as this is completely new territory for me! Thanks guys!

Also, off topic, but I got some san pedro skin powder to experiment with as well 😁😁 I've only had mescaline once and it was the synthetic pill form. My buddy and his girl took 22g last night and said they didn't get and profound visuals. Just CEV. I'm thinking I should go with 30g+

Also, just saying, I like to go waaay out in the deep end guys. I really dislike testing the waters so a good dose recommendation for a profound first experience with either would be super helpful!

Dude the cactus is my favorite trip no question. Eat as much as you possibly can. The visuals are incredible and it’s a super easy laid back trip. It’s the one drug I never worried about overdoing. I’ve had doses so high I was feeling invisible walls and the ground looked like a giant honeycomb structure with an endless void underneath while the rest of the world looked like a fractal tornado. I’ve drank tons of cactus tea and never had one uncomfortable moment.

Shrooms and acid could go either way but high dose San Pedro was always good times.

Oh man, you just got me super excited! I have 50g and I'm thinking like 30-40g but shit maybe I'll just drink it all. Is there any prep? My buddy said he just mixed with water and drank, no heating.

I think as long as you get it in you it’ll work. I always bought a cactus then blended it and boiled it for hours then strained, reduced and drank as much as I could.

Literally every person I’ve made it for says they’ll never do it again as soon as they finish drinking it. It tastes like vodka and soap with a little stomach acid mixed in. But then the next day they’re all about it lol.

I did a large caapi dose(cant remember but it was twice the reccomend dose) and 7g of strong cubes.

It was slightly overwhelming. Insane visuals of alien landscapes and possible fathering of alien light children. I can only imagine the experience with pans.

I' should be throwing these pans in the tent by next week.. super excited.  selecting the correct mycellium and designing the grow tent would be impossible without the patron saints in this thread.  I have four of what i imagine are isolated monocultures, will likely isolate several more..  but so far have 3 bisphorus and 1 copelandia aussie

i put these agar wedges onto grain at same time.  on bottom is bisphorus, on top are the copelandia aussie..  the aussie's are super fast.

Big thank you to everyone who contribute to this thread. I've read every page and applied what I've learned. Happy to say I have succeeded, we have pins!!! Here's the strain it's suppose to be and a pic of my setup. Also a pin pic, they're so small compared to cubes yet so sexy lol.

hey aka do u have a more clear pic of that?? its really hard to tell there. i often will notice what will look like lil specks of a mold outbreak at first but then they will devolope into knots like i said and showed u that pic of yesterday and it really looked similar to what i see often but with that last pic i can go either way with it. some spots look like knots getting ready to blow up and other spots look like id be runnin for the hills outta fear lol  but if u can get a really clear pic thatd be awsum. here are a cpl other knot pics i have for ya to use as a reference if needed

i know some of these aint too clear either and il b sure to take some pics next time of those lil specs im talking about before they start turning into knots. but i hope these help

sweet jake those look great and i have that same martha i think. i just cant wait til i can move and use it and have more room to put up bigger fruiting chambers. it really sux only being able to run 2 full size trays at a time and one day when all this covid bs is over and work gets back to normal i can resume for searching for an actual house. ny lil fcs work ok for me but i just cant have multiple projects ready to fruit at the same time and thats my biggest thing i wanna change right now

I’ll grab another pic later tonight. I’m leaning toward knots cuz it’s been a few days since I noticed something happening and I’m assuming mold would’ve exploded by now. Plus it went from looking like weird sorta powdery myc to solid balls.

The main thing throwing me off is how old the tub is.

So this is the best I could get right now

This was cased super thin with literal peat dust from the bottom of the bag, I’m assuming that’s what caused it. If I imagine it with more casing it would look a lot like a normal surface.

I think. :shrug2:

If it’s mold it’s a new one I haven’t seen before.

On an unrelated note I have longer hair for the first time ever and it’s blowing my mind how much falls out all over. I see so much in my pictures when I zoom in I feel like I should be bald by now.

I feel like something is wrong with this bisporus tray because the pins are curling like that and it looks like two of them on the far right might be as big as there gonna get the caps are open all the way and I can see spores and there still so small. Weird because this actually happened last time with my gator tray. Not really sure what’s wrong or how to fix it. Am I freakin for nothing?

Happens to me with my last 2 pan TX trays
It’s genetics, It Hass to be because I have other trays with the exact same ingredients in the exact same fruiting chamber’s that are putting up normal Fruits. Sometimes small happens

Yeah it was an isolate. That’s the downside of doing biopsy to LC. You really are throwing a dart at a dart board.
