Oh also, what's the best method for cloning the pans? I tried to take some tissue from inside the upper stipe of the largest fruit and put it on a couple plates. But it immediately turned all blue, I would expect it to just rot from this point. Or is this normal for pans and it will still get fuzzy? Is there a special way to clone them?

Also, check out this fucking cluster 🤩 there were lots of big clusters like this

It’s gonna go dark blue no matter what probably. Pans are tough to clone.

Idk if this jar of wild coast is just too wet/bacterial or if it’s making stones. It went crazy on the plate with tons of little stones.

Could totally be producing stones. This is my stone producing Blue Spring culture I've been working on. I'm planning to leave a couple grain jars for like 3-6mo.

Yeah that’s how my wild coast plates look.

I’ve never found stones anywhere but plates though it’s weird. Also never let a jar sit and consolidate either though.

A couple in that cluster look thick enough to clone pretty easily. I had a lot of toothpick stems.

Cool I thought so, was just worried they may rot. What's a good 1st flush yield on a proper tray average? I'm not sure how I did lol. It's looking like I should come in around a full oz though. Maybe 5 qtrs.

Well I've got 8g dry stems already from last night, as well as 204g wet in the dehydrator from this morning. And all the caps are printing so probably another 100g wet there. So 94% would put me right at about an oz.

Gotta go back to spores again. Thought I had some good plates but then I realized they were all some kind of mold rather than myc.. For a moment I thought we had some of that fast growth you guys talk about. would have almost moved to T2 with them.

Tried to take pics but they only show a flash where the dish is supposed to be

Next I'll be trying my ogre boy print

I ended up snapping a lot of the stems to reduce the size, it’s like they’re designed to take up the maximum amount of space.

Alright so all the stems are done drying. They came out to 22g. More pans than I've ever had at once lol. I'll have a final 1st flush weight tmrw after all my printing is done.

A lot of them are very small that will just be for throwing in as extras with other orders. We should end up with 100 or so really nice ones
