nice jake i had a cpl nice bama fruits that i cloned and are looking good on plates so far but 95% of my bama trays i did sucked and came out like this and skinny and tall as hell. i only had 4 or 5 actual good looking fruits that i clones and only 2 of them took. so we will see what happens.

Always kept my casing very moist but the caps dry at all times.
I took the pic right after the fogger stopped fogging... I just looked again now and the caps seem (mostly) dryish.
A question with regard to cloning: Would you take the fat ones (easier to clone + more canopy) or the slimmer ones (I've seen mostly slim pans on pictures)?

I apologize for my last photo, but really appreciate the help.
Have a look at this Ogre T1 climbing up the walls. Very aggressive.
What would you do with it?

Hey guys, just a quick update on my outdoor project! I made a couple smaller 25qt trays the same way I made the pools but I used a chopped unpasteurized dry straw casing this time. I spray the straw to soak it daily and it seems to be the key to all this! Check out all these side pins! I covered a fuckload when I cased it with the straw as well! Heres a pic of the side pins, more to come soon once she flushes! Also I added a picture of my cubensis Pool Party that's pinning nicely now! Also cased with straw the same way!

Oh also forgot to say, the pools that contammed with trich I patched all the mold with hydrated lime, then recessed with straw and dragged them out by the ground beds. The mold has disappeared and I've been getting random fruits here and there. Enough to have a dose every week or so, but nothing close to a true flush.

Thanks for the input. I'll look for the sclerotia. However, they seem to lose their red color once they get bigger. It becomes darker brownish.
Also, I realized, that my light (single 6500k/2550lm bulb) can make them change color, depending on where I put it
I guess we'll be sure when they're grown-ups. If I had to bet on it, I'd go with jakes verdict for now

I'm putting a FC together (don't have space for a tent), based on what I have lying around it'll be kind of a hybrid of jcm's and Adnam's.
One question on lighting- if it's a clear tote does it matter if the light is inside, or above the lid? I guess the real question is, how intense does the lighting need to be for these guys?
I saw in jcm's pics there's a couple of lamps fairly close (but above the lid), which is way more lighting that your standard cube grow needs. Was this just for symmetry and getting the air gaps on each side, or driven by increased need for light vs cubes?

i used 2 lamps to keep an even amount of light up and above the tray to try to limit everything leanin twd one side. lighting is not as big a factor like with plants so id say if i wanna use like strip or rope lighting inside that dont get hot thats be fine. but with all the humidity in there u sure as shit dont want lamps in there cuz thats a good way to short shit out n start a fire. plus i use those clamp lamps to create a lil gap for the fans air to go in. but any 6500k light source is good to go.

I went with Jcm type setup as well, and I found lights at rural king that have adhesive strips on the back on rack corner. Mounted one on each side of lid. Thereβs a little extra tape for stability to not fall off. Iβm liking them so far Got a small clip light to stick directly in middle of the tote top lip, and that provides a subtle extra spread to give the whole casing a little light

Thanks, I'll stick with my plan of using a standard strip light above the lid. Moisture was def the main concern with mounting inside. I'll use something else to get a gap for the fan (or just put fans through the sides like Adnam did).

Last year and the two years before...when it seemed like every culture I had grew out in 4-5 days. Nothing but slow this year.
And damn, this thread is moving like pic of the day lately.

Yeah man pans are catching on.
I cleaned and reset my tubs and fogger this afternoon, now to dial it in.
I think Iβm gonna have to buy a pvc y piece to split the fog into two chambers cuz I donβt have room right now. That or build a bigger one.
