That's the first transfer off the germ plate.
I always do 3 plates with the same swab. Most of the contams get left on plates 1 & 2 and the 3rd plate usually gives me plenty of spots to transfer from.

Have this jar of cambo sandose that’s been sitting like this for about 4 days and these uncolonized parts have me sketched out. Mainly the one in the first picture because there looks like there may be a wet spot although there’s lots of other condensation in the jar. Thought I’d post it to see what others thought. All my cambo sandose jars bruised blue when shook so I’m not worried about that at all just those spots

Sooo, my fellow shroommates,
from today on you can consider me an official member of the pan-gang:

I know, those images suck, but don't care...you can see what's important
I've been trying to grow theses for months now, without success. Got me really frustrated at times. So this is a huge thing for me. Thank you all for the information and help on this. (Especially Asura, Jake and jcm)
Thanks jcm, for telling me to "just case them and see what happens". I really wanted to throw it out and start over. It took these guys 9 days to stick their heads out. I need to become more patient...

Thanks
Tbh, I'm not sure. I got confused by making different LCs and Bag after Bag I lost oversight...
But they have to be either Pan Cyan Texas or Pan Bisporus. I'll find out when they're bigger.

I'm so glad that I don't have problems with spore germinations. I always literally just scoop a PILE and dump it on one spot on the agar, lol. Clean success, 9/10 times. It's pretty much a guarantee in my case that even the germ plate will be reasonably clean. And that's both from self-made and received spores.

Me neither. Germination is allways fine. But I guess that depends on the quality of your print + genetics.
I prefer streaking the plates so you spread the colonies a little bit, though...

Should the tent cover on the Jartha get sucked in from the pressure created by the exhaust fan when it kicks on?
