Dude, I can hardly wait to run these. Gonna run some experiments with Blue Helix as soon as everything gets here. He shipped priority so it's supposed to be here tomorrow. Cannot wait!
I forgot if you said it already, but how did you select for the culture? Was it just an accident? Or just looking for the wispy, fast stuff like usual?

pan jam#2 from a clone that i had made 8 transfers from the original tissue plate and fruited them all out found the one that was the best and ended up making 4 more transfers from that til i ended up with what gave me the absolute best results
pan jam#1 from a clone that 4 transfers were made off of the tissue plate all were fruited out kept the best one and ended up making 4 more transfers from that and ended up keeping the 3rd one cuz that one gave me the best results out of all of those
pan jam#3 from a clone that 6 transfers were made from the tissue plate and all fruited out and kept the best one again then made 5 transfers from that and fruited them all out and ended up keeping the 3rd one of those as that was the best one.
i just kinda took a common sense approach to looking for the fastest and strongest yet still whispy and almost a silky looking kind of growth. as while i was doing all this i really started to see what performed the best for me and what didnt if u look in my write up i believe i have one of the plates in there as an example that is labeled and showing where transfers were made from. i do not any longer have any of the other transfer cultures. i do however still have my original tissue plates from all 3 clones and i may even have pics of them if u would like to see them il look thru the fuck ton of pictures i have on my phone.
on another note these are the best looking transfers i was able to get from the bama and peace river clones and these will all be going to grain tom when i get home
bama
peace river
i will be takin the rest of the transfers tom and putting others to grain and the rest to grain in a few days if they look ok also when i take transfers il grow them out and cut them exactly in half and save half to go back to and put the other half to grain.
this is just what i do is all. im not saying this is the right or the wrong way just simply giving u my methods i use that got to where i ended up at with those jams. they were fucking horrible to work with i know i shared some of the retarded no stipe midget gimp fruits and the overlaying nightmare pics but i fuckin had to weed thru a lot of that shit. the jams were the first pans i ever worked with and it took me from last november all the way up to march to finally have my keepers

i kept notes on all of my clones and transfers all were numbered and labeled to make it easy to know what was what same with the trays. i really need to get back out and get more small trays so i dont just keep wasting shit in these big trays and having shit turn out to ne a dud. my small trays all melted in the diswasher from bein used so much lol

They definitely filled in, my favorite is when the caps start to turn up.
First wild coast attempt from the slow spawn looking decent at 2.5 days.

I made a coir shoebox too just to see what happens. After I prep more manure today Iโll have like 6 shoeboxes of pans so Iโm gonna have to build a real fc.

I also made a coir shoebox with a handfull of horse manure with cambo sandose. Itโs not looking bad at all. Itโs already in fruiting. Think today is day 3. Colonized fully in about 4 days and I gave it another two to consolidate.
