I have these two trays of wild coast cased and in the GH now. I have a good feeling about these since I managed to get a few fruits from the dwarf sandose trays.

Oh my bad, that was before they were cased. I thought it would look more interesting than just a layer of verm and pete.

Does this look like legit Pan myc to you guys? They where in the bags forever and now they have been laid to trays since 3 days...

These are Pan Cyan Texas btw.

The substrate is completely covered by greyish/dark whispy "myc?" and since I put them to trays some small white spots appear on the surface.

Do you think I should case them or throw them out? Btw. they don't seem to smell like anything. The typical almonds odor is not present...

I have another batch that's looking way better in bags, so throwing these ones out wouldn't be a big problem..

What do you guys think? Could it be aspergillus?

Thanks jcm, I'll do that.

Just wanted to be sure that I'm not cultivating any sick-making aspergilus or some other well known obvious crap.

lol dialing it in was such a pain in the ass.

I think I changed my timer setting on the fogger 10 times over two days. And now I’m gonna have to do it all over again cuz it’s totally different environment in summer.

That’s the big issue seems like everything was so much easier in the winter... just more consistent. And society says I have to pay taxes and shite so I can’t be there all the time. Looking beautiful jcm

@jcm, as I understood it, the sub is already colonized, so it shouldn't be to great of a risk. I guess...

I have some pre-pasteurized casing soil. It's made for shrooms, has a ph of 7.5

Problem is, it has no vermiculite in it. So would you guys just use as is or open the bag, mix with verm, re-pasteurize and use then? I mean, as the martha provides constant moisture, could you just leave out the verm from the casing or is it considered necessary?
